Accommodation and Prices

We have three non-smoking guest rooms which have tv, radio, dvd players, hairdryers, tea & coffee making facilities, own bathrooms with toiletries, and WiFi access.

The Roosevelt Suite has its own en-suite bathroom, and costs between £45 and £55 per person per night.

The Pierrepont Room has its own separate bathroom, and costs between £40 and £50 per person per night.

Our third room, the Oval Room, is available only in conjunction with the Pierrepont Room as it shares the Pierrepont Room's bathroom, and charges are £35 to £45 per person per night.

All produce is locally sourced. Meat and vegetables come from local farms. Eggs come from our free range chickens and ducks. Special diets can be catered for with prior notice.

Packed lunches can be provided on 24 hours' notice from Judith Ann's Tea Shopp at the Dukeries Antique Centre. Recommended places to eat out are: The Elm Tree Inn at Elmton; Launays Restaurant and Bar at Budby; the Greendale Oak in Cuckney, and Judith's Tea Rooms at the Budby Antique Centre next door.

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement at £10 per person for a farmhouse meal.
